TIM Special Section

Special Section of IEEE ROSE in IEEE Transactions on Instrumentation and Measurement

A ROSE 2021 Special Section of IEEE Transactions on Instrumentation and Measurement will be published to promote the most significant results presented at the conference.

Authors of all the papers which are accepted, registered, and presented at ROSE 2021, and which will appear in the ROSE 2021 proceedings in IEEE Xplore, are eligible to submit an extended version to the ROSE 2021 Special Section in IEEE Transactions on Instrumentations and Measurement (TIM). Each manuscript shall be within the scope of the TIM (click to see Scope of Transactions) and based on a paper published in the ROSE 2021 proceedings. Moreover, the manuscript MUST be technically extended beyond the scope of the proceedings paper, in terms of the overall TECHNICAL content and research results.

Special Section manuscripts may ONLY be uploaded during the period specified below. Please DO NOT try to submit your papers outside of this time window, because the ROSE Special Section folder in the submission system will not be available.

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT SCOPE

Every year, some of the submitted papers to the ROSE Special Section in TIM are rejected immediately, without going to review, because they are not properly framed within the context of Instrumentation and Measurement. To avoid this happening to your paper, please carefully and completely follow the 2-point description under the Important Note here.

TIM’s Special Section submission dates will be February 8, 2022 to February 21, 2022

Please note that the submission date will NOT be extended.

Preparation for Manuscript Submission

Please carefully follow the instructions under the “Special Section Papers” heading of Information for Authors.

Notice: The ROSE 2021 paper identifier should be placed in the upper right-hand corner of every document to be submitted.
